Starting to get in shape for the summer is a great goal to have. Here are some tips to help you get started:

  3. Cardio - Cardio is essential for burning calories, so make sure to add it to your routine. Try to do at least 3 days of cardio per week.

  4. Diet - Eating healthy is a major part of getting in shape. Try to focus on eating lean proteins, fruits and vegetables, and healthy fats.
