Congratulations on preparing for the Crossfit Open WOD!

Here are a few tips to help you get ready the night before.


  1. Get plenty of rest the night before- make sure you get 7-9 hours of sleep.


Eat a balanced meal full of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats.

  1. Warm up your body with dynamic stretching, jogging, and movement drills.

  2. Practice the movements you'll be doing in the WOD and focus on proper form.

  3. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.

  4. Set a positive mindset and remind yourself that you can do this!
